The Department of Mass Communication’s one-day seminar on “Youth Engagement On Climate Change,” was arranged in cooperation with the Social Sustainable Development Organization (SSDO. The presence of the esteemed Chief Guest, Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Kalsoom Paracha, and the distinguished Registrar, Dr. Mamoona Khan, gave the occasion additional significance. Their insightful remarks emphasized the need to address climate change and touched a deep chord with the audience. The department head, Dr. Deeba Shahwar, gave moving closing remarks that summarized the main points of the talks. The event was expertly planned by lecturers Ms. Sadia Talib and Ms. Amna Fazail, working with SSDO, making sure that everyone had an unforgettable and significant experience. The event’s high point was when cash prizes and certificates for excellence in student blogging and video competitions were given to the winners.
