Pride of WUM: Tayyaba Mansab Clinches Gold in Boxing at CM Punjab Pink Games 2026

The Women University Multan celebrated a proud sporting milestone as its student, Tayyaba Mansab, Won the gold medal in Boxing (75kg) at the Khelta Punjab CM Punjab Pink Games 2026. After earning her place through a highly competitive selection process in Multan Division, she advanced to the provincial stage where she faced top athletes from across Punjab’s divisions and emerged as the champion, bringing honour to the university and inspiring fellow students with her determination and performance. Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Kalsoom Pracha congratulated Tayyaba on this outstanding success and remarked that such achievements reflected the strength, discipline, and confidence being nurtured among young women at the university, reaffirming the institution’s commitment to supporting students in both academics and athletics. She also appreciated the dedicated efforts of the coaching staff and the Director Sports WUM, for their consistent mentoring and professional training that contributed to this remarkable victory, and she extended best wishes to Tayyaba for continued success in future competitions.
