From its humble beginnings at the Kutchery Campus of Government Degree College for Women, Multan, WUM has grown rapidly. In 2012, under the Act approved by the Punjab Assembly in 2010, the college transitioned into a full-fledged university. Recognizing the growing academic and infrastructural needs, a new and state-of-the-art campus was developed at Matital Road. The Matital Campus now houses several departments, including Botany, Zoology, Environmental Sciences, and Microbiology and Molecular Genetics, with more departments set to relocate in the next phase, InshaaAllah. The campus is equipped with modern facilities—admin block, central library, hostels, medical center, secure transportation, and research laboratories—designed to create an ecosystem conducive to growth, collaboration, and innovation.

Through various initiatives in women entrepreneurship, we aim to instill a spirit of leadership and enterprise in our students.
