Success Stories

I am Bismina Bibi. I have done my BS (Hons) Applied Psychology from The Women University, Multan. My Session was (2014-2018). I have been selected as Lecturer (BPS 17) in Psychology through Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Service Commission. Currently, I am posted at Government Post Graduate College Mandian Abbotabad.
I would like to thank the dedicated faculty members of Applied Psychology department of the Women University, Multan (WUM). The teachers of the Psychology department have played an immense role in the accomplishment of my goals. They have tried their best efforts to make me who I am today. My success and achievements in life would always be connected to the struggle that my teachers at this institute had for us.

I am Sana Khan. I have done my BS (Hons) in Applied Psychology from The Women University, Multan (WUM). My Session was (2014-2018). I deeply believe that investing in hard work as well as smart work leads to success. Millions of dreams to peruse my career, I had stepped through the gates of Women University, Multan into a new path in the field of Applied Psychology. Looking back to the past years, I have grown and learned a lot from the university’s environment and teachers in my academic years.
Now I can say proudly that I got appointed as a Lecturer in the Department of Applied Psychology, Islamia University Bahawalpur, and providing my skillful services which I got from the Women University, Multan (WUM). I am highly obliged to my teachers and the academic university where I got my graduate degree.

I am Sobia Ali Khan. I have studied M.Phil physics at the women university Multan under the supervision of Dr. Malika Rani. I did my Ph.D in semiconductor engineering at Korea. Now I am doing Post -Doc researcher at Ulsan national institute of science and technology in Korea. I have total 21 and 3 publications from M.phil research work.

Limit is something which only exists in our minds. With determination, precision, consistency, motivation and handwork there is nothing one cannot attain.
I’m Sunaina Rafiq, Alumni of the Women University Multan. I did my Bachelor of Science (BS) and Master of Philosophy (M.Phil) in Physics under supervision of Dr. Malika Rani from WUM and received a Gold Medal in my Master’s study. I’ve made some great achievements during my stay in WUM. I published my research work in well-reputed international journals. Apart from this, I presented my work in many national & International conferences in different countries. I received the best Poster Award by SPIE (Society of Photographic Instrumentation Engineers), USA. I have worked as “Assistant Researcher” at “National University of Science and Technology (NUST) Islamabad, Pakistan and also got the opportunity to work as a ‘lecturer’ in WUM. I really want to thank Dr. Malika Rani, my role model, her constant motivation and undying belief in my abilities always gave me courage to achieve my goals. In 2020, I won one of the prestigious Fellowship to study Abroad & attained the degree of "Dottore di Ricerca" (Research Doctor). I was the only Pakistani who got selected for this international fellowship along with one more student. Currently, I’m doing a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Physics from the "Sapienza University of Roma", which has been rated the top university in Italy. It’s been almost 2 year and I can say that I have grown so much as a person academically and in general. Till now, I have experienced many research tours in different countries of Europe which is helping me tremendously in my PhD journey. The decision of moving from my country to an entirely different place with all the differences, I believe that it helped me to fulfil my dreams, achieve my goals & appreciate things in my life. A small piece of advice for everyone reading: don’t ever doubt your worth and always believe in your dreams, anything is possible with the right amount of effort.
