The Student Financial Aid Office (SFAO) The Women University Multan is aimed to provide to the student centered approach, and by providing funds and financial guidance to deserving student access to higher education.

Criteria for Selection: 

• No Age Limit
• Have domicile of Punjab province
• No Gender specific
• Monthly Family income of the applicant must be less than Rs. 350,000/- for Public Sector HEIs and Rs. 500,000 for Federal / Private Sector HEIs (Affidavit on E-Stamp Required) (Download Sample Affidavit)
• The applicant must be enrolled in the 1st semester/year of Selected Disciplines in the Selected Universities / Colleges in 2025. Students already enrolled in 1st year of MBBS and BDS in 2025 are also eligible for the scholarship program.
• Scholarships will be awarded on merit basis.
• Minimum FSc./Intermediate marks:

• • Public Sector Universities / Colleges ≥ 70% for Sciences and ≥ 65% for Arts and Social Sciences

• • MBBS / BDS (Public Sector Medical and Dental Colleges) (≥ 80%)

• • Federal and Private Universities ≥ 70% for Sciences and ≥ 65% for Arts and Social Sciences

• • HED Colleges ≥ 65% for Sciences and ≥ 60% for Arts

• • Selection of merit criteria will be Matric weightage 30% + Intermediate weightage 70%

Selection Criteria: 

• Scholarships available for Undergraduate Students.
• Candidates admitted on Merit.
• Monthly Income (from all sources) not Exceeding than Rs. 45000/-
• Students availing any other Scholarship or grant are ineligible.
• Already enrolled Needy students are also eligible to apply and after selection, the disbursement of funds shall start from the Date of Award.
• Distance Learning / Evening / Self Finance Students are ineligible.
• The eligibility of a candidate is linked to neediness of the candidate as determined & assessed by SFAO keeping in view of financial background.
• Every student will be paid Rs. 6000 stipend per month.
• For continued scholars, attendance should not less than 75%.

• For BS Level Students 60% required in Intermediate Examinations (only student of Federal Govt. Institutions situated within geographical boundaries of Punjab are eligible)

• For Graduation Level Student Declared Monthly Income of Parents (from all sources) is equal to or less than Rs.30,000/-
• For Special Quota PEEF Scholarship, the student must fall in following categories:
• Orphan children
• Children of government servants in BPS 1 – 4 (Note: the children of government servants in BPS 1-4 are exempted from income limit criteria if salary is the only source of income)
• Children belonging to minority religion
• Special children
• Student availing any other Scholarship or grant are ineligible
• Distance Learning / Evening / Self Finance Students are ineligible

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Punjab domicile
2. Secured at least 60% marks or a minimum CGPA 2.5 in graduation level examination held in 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26 (spring and fall session) from Punjab (minimum sixteen years of education or 4-year education after HSSC / F.A / F.Sc / Grade 12 examination).
3. Secured admission in M-Phil as a full-time student in the current academic year (2025-26) in one of the Partner University /degree awarding institutions.
   • Students enrolled in spring / fall session (where applicable) and morning/afternoon / evening session (where applicable) are also eligible to apply for PEEF Master’s level scholarship.
4. Declared monthly income of parents (from all sources) is equal to or less than sixty thousand (Rs. 60,000/-).

• • Children of Govt. employees in BPS 1-4 are exempted from condition of income, if salary is the only source of income.
  • Children of civilians martyred in terrorist attacks are exempted from income limit.

5. Not availing of any educational scholarship during the current academic year.
6. Besides fulfilling PEEF eligibility criteria, the prospective student must qualify for the merit and need criteria of the respective university / degree awarding institution.

Selection Criteria:

1. Student in financial need who is enrolled in BS, ADP & M-Phil are eligible to apply.
2. Family income above Rs 45,000/- per month is not eligible to apply.
3. Students who have GPA less than 2.5 in 1^st semester are not eligible to apply.
4. Students who have CGPA less than 2.8 in current semester are not eligible to apply.
5. Students availing any other scholarship are not eligible to apply.
6. Self-Finance Evening Program Students are not eligible to apply.
