Importance of Daycare in Institute
Daycare Centre, provided at the institution premises, is a great initiative which allows working mothers to be more productive. This allows them to be more focused on their work and not feel the stress or the guilt of leaving their children at home alone or to be looked after by others.
Daycare Centre in Katchery and Matital Campuses are providing the facilities of baby sitting with confidence in a caring environment to encourage female faculty/officials as mothers leave their kids knowing they are well cared are the direct beneficiaries of The Women University. It is consisted of two spacious rooms- one as a play area and the other as a retiring room.
Daycare is providing services to 25+25 kids to socialize and groom in a balanced environment. The Daycare centers have a full-time facilitator of Caregivers.
These facilitators are given meals and properly looked after kids. Various activities like Nursery Rhymes, Storytelling, Cartoons, Greetings, eating habits and sharing & caring are undertaken.
A Daycare Center was established at Katchery and Mattital Campuses, The Women University Multan by the initiation of regular classes. It was further furnished by taking keen interest of Worthy Vice Chancellor Prof.
Dr. Uzma Quraishi with the coordination and financial support of “Women Development Punjab” who provides an amount of PKRs.4.6 Million funds.
